Account Deletion Request

To delete your MyHealthNote account and all associated data:

1. Log into your account at https://app.myhealthnote.com/
2. Go to Settings → Account Security & Recovery
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

What gets deleted:

• All health notes and medical data
• Vital readings and charts
• AI chat history
• Personal profile information
• Account credentials

Data retention: All data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.
